SEATTLE -- Seattle City Light CEO Jorge Carrasco on Wednesday made his first appearance before Seattle City Council members since coming under fire for seeking a big pay increase and for hiring a public relations firm to post positive City Light articles online.
He appeared before the council's energy committee, chaired by City Councilwoman Kshama Sawant.
