SEATTLE -- In an interview Monday, Seattle Mayor Ed Murray talked about the Seattle Police Department reforms deadline, the possibility of a public safety levy, the city's tax rate, and the $15 minimum wage.
He also brushed aside the idea of building a new monorail.
"I think the voters have already spoken" on the proposal to build a monorail from Ballard to West Seattle, Murray said. "We have to fun the (transit) systems we already have."
