Man shot multiple times in White Center

According to the King County Sheriff's Office, the shooting happened about 11:20 p.m. Monday, when two suspects approached a vehicle that was parked at the Saars Market and started shooting at one of the male occupants inside the car.



SEATTLE--  Deputies are investigating a shooting in the parking lot of the Saars Market on 16th Ave Southwest in White Center.

According to the King County Sheriff's Office, the shooting happened about 11:20 p.m. Monday, when two suspects approached a vehicle that was parked at the Saars Market and started shooting at one of the male occupants inside the car.

Deputies say an 18-year-old man from SeaTac was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He's listed in critical condition at Harborview Medical Center.

The Major Crimes Unit is investigating. Detectives have not released a motive, suspects or the identity of the victim. Investigators said they don't know yet if the shooting was gang-related.
