The Minimum Wage Debate: Should WA voters pass a $13.50 rate?

SEATTLE - Initiative 1433 would hike Washington's minimum wage to $13.50 an hour by 2020.  The current rate is $9.47.  It would also provide up to 7 days of paid sick leave for employees.

Recently, both sides joined C.R. Douglas for a debate over the measure.  Speaking in favor of I-1433 was David Rolf, head of SEIU local 775.  Speaking against the measure was Anthony Anton, President of the Washington Restaurant Association.
