LONDON, England -- So you thought the new iPhone 6 was expensive?

It will sound downright cheap when we tell you about the British company selling a new smart phone for $95-hundred.

That’s right, a smart phone for the price of some cars.

The Aster by Vertu starts at $68-hundred and tops out at $9,550.

So what do you get for that hefty price tag?

“Aster blends an unmistakable aesthetic with uncompromising performance, to create an exceptional object of desire that’s also your passport to a world of exclusive lifestyle experiences,” says the company on its website.

Digital Trends describes the new handcrafted phone like this:

The phone itself runs the android operating system by Google. The phone includes global LTE, Bluetooth 4.0 as well as a huge number of languages and wireless charging.

The Aster also comes with something called the ‘Classic Concierge.’

In addition to the concierge Vertu provides services called ‘Life’ (that gives users access to invitation only-events, entry into private members’ clubs and closed-door shopping) and ‘Certainty’ (think Bently warranty).
