The Federal Communications Commission has adopted rules governing television stations' obligations to broadcast programming responsive to the educational and informational needs of children. The Federal Communications Commission also requires that television stations prepare quarterly children's television programming reports. These reports outline television stations' responsiveness to the educational and informational needs of children. The quarterly children's television programming reports of station Q13FOX - (KCPQ-TV) are available for public inspection during normal business hours at KCPQ-TV's business offices located at 1813 Westlake Ave. N., Seattle, WA 98109 or through the FCC Information on Children's Programming Web site.
