VIDEO: Bainbridge Island protester climbs down from tree; no arrest

UPDATE: -- The Bainbridge Island 19-year-old who climbed an evergreen tree to protest the planned clear-cutting of more than 800 trees to build a shopping mall ended her 3-day protest Tuesday night and came down from her perch.

The city said it would not arrest her.
