Voter Guide: U.S. Senate race -- Chris Vance, Republican challenger

SEATTLE -- We're going to focus on the Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate, Chris Vance.

Vance has been a state representative, King County Council member and the chairman of the Washington state Republican Party.

And now he wants to replace the incumbent, Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash.
