PIKE COUNTY, Ky. -- Customers at a Kentucky Walmart store were puzzled when they saw a man in a Halloween mask running naked through the store while pouring milk all over his body and shouting that he was on fire.
Video of the incident was posted on YouTube, but later removed because it showed nudity.
Pike County sheriff Rodney Scott says while some thought the video was funny, indecent exposure is a crime and needs to be taken seriously.
"Well the first question I would have is why? Why would he want to do that? They can go to jail and they will go to jail," Scott told WYMT. "If we don't , then it could be happening all the time. So that's why it's important to go ahead and make these arrests."
At the end of the video, the apparent streaker jumps into a getaway car.
So far, no arrests have been made.
An arrest warrant has been issued for both the naked man and the person who captured the video.
