Washington Rep. Adam Smith 'leaning in favor' of voting for Iran nuclear deal (VIDEO)

SEATTLE -- Rep. Adam Smith, D-Wash., said Tuesday he is leaning in favor of voting for President Barack Obama's Iran nuclear agreement but that he's "still listening to my constituents."
