ATM thieves hit clerk with pepper or bear spray



SEATTLE -- New, exclusive video shows a couple of thieves who attacked a store clerk in Seattle with pepper or bear spray in a well-planned heist of an ATM.

In the video, a suspect walks into the 76 gas station on South Michigan Street in Seattle Monday morning and immediately starts spraying a large can of pepper or bear spray right in the cashier's face.

After disabling the cashier, a second suspect comes into the store with a hand truck and he and his partner load the store's ATM onto the hand truck and roll the ATM out to truck outside.

The truck had the name of a nearby business where it was stolen from -- Miller Paint Co.; it has Washington license plate B73166K.
