SUSPECT IDENTIFIED January 12, 2015 -- The Spokane County Sheriff's Department says tips have identified the suspect. SUSPECT WANTED IN SPOKANE COUNTY September 12, 2014 -- Spokane County detectives need your help identifying the thief caught on camera swiping a cell phone from a car parked at a gas station. It happened after detectives say he tried using two stolen credit cards to fuel-up the blue, four-door Subaru he was driving. Both cards declined, so he walked inside and paid cash for the gas -- and a chocolate donut. He went back to his car and scoped out the silver Hyundai parked next to him, right before he steals a cell phone from inside it. There are good photos of the guy and his ride, so somebody has to know who he is.
