Sherman talks elbow, Super Bowl week, the idea of proving the Hawks to the nation (RAW INTERVIEW)

SEATTLE -- On Wednesday, Richard Sherman spoke to a large group of media at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.

Sherman answered a variety of questions, most notably about the health of his elbow.

"If I had to slap my brother, I could do it no problem," Sherman joked.

Sherman also talked about the idea of proving the team to the nation, and the niceties of already knowing the ins and outs of Super Bowl week. He showed a range of emotions on the podium, from jubilant to reserved.
