Double murder conviction overturned for SeaTac man

Citing jury bias, an appeals court overturned the conviction of a man who was on trial for the 1987 murder of a Canadian couple visiting Seattle. In 2019, William Talbott, 58, became the first person convicted by a jury in a case involving genetic genealogy.
