Police handing out guns to Ukrainians 'like candy,' member of parliament says
A member of parliament told FOX News that he got a gun from a local police department that was handing them out like candy. Invading Russian forces closed in on Ukraine's capital Friday, in an apparent encircling movement after a barrage of airstrikes on cities and military bases around the country.
