Knowing how to defend yourself in random assaults
One of the most disturbing crime trends in our region is a recent increase in random assaults. Just last month, a woman running through the Georgetown neighborhood had a man jump on her back and grope her. Several days earlier, a man was arrested after pushing a woman into Lake Washington and assaulting a toddler. Because of attacks like these, self-defense experts say it's important to know how to react in dangerous situations.
