Brooklyn subway shooting: NYPD identifies Frank James as person of interest

A man wearing a gas mask dropped a smoke canister inside a Brooklyn subway train on Tuesday morning and then opened fire. On Tuesday evening the NYPD named Frank James as a person of interest in the case.
