Half a million borrowers are getting their student loans cancelled, the largest single-loan discharge in history of education department

Students who attended Corinthian Colleges, with some located in Western Washington, will get their student loans cancelled. Vice President Kamala Harris is expected to announce more than $5 billion of student loan cancellations.
