If it's sunny in daytime, do clear skies at night mean it's "moony"?

Weather forecasters might need to add "Moony" into their vocabulary. It all started when someone made a good point on Twitter saying, "In daytime when there aren't any clouds, we call it sunny. At night when there are no clouds, why don't we call it moony?"
