Judge rules in favor of bikini baristas in Everett

A federal court struck down a 5-year-old dress code that prevented bikini baristas in the area from wearing certain clothing. A judge said the old law violated the equal protection clause in the 14th Amendment because it targeted women?s clothing and not men?s.
