Idaho college murders: Sixth person listed on lease of home where 4 students were killed

Two other roommates who were inside the home were uninjured. Authorities said in the early days of the investigation that Chapin was a roommate, but clarified five days after the murders that he was only visiting. The person on the lease was ruled out as a suspect, police said.
