Lanes open on I-405 after hours-long closure in Newcastle (Part 3)
All northbound lanes of I-405 in Newcastle are back open after an hours-long closure that created a six-mile backup on Monday. Authorities say a pickup truck rear-ended a stopped semi on the highway, sending both occupants of the vehicle to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
