Student files lawsuit against Bellingham school over alleged failure to report sexual assault

Students and parents banned together to call out staff at Squalicum High School for allegedly failing to report a sexual assault of a student by another student. The lawsuit filed says the alleged victim and perpetrator were told to "shake hands and move on" by administrators.
