Everett to announce drug possession ordinance
Lawmakers wrapped up the final evening of the 2023 legislative session Sunday. Senate Bill 5536 would have made drug possession a gross misdemeanor and provide people with several paths to get help with addiction. Everett is trying to now implement their own ordinance.
