Los Angeles state of emergency: 300+ mudslides reported
Historic rainfall is burying cars under piles of mud in Southern California. According to meteorologists in the area, 5 to 1- inches of rain has fallen across the city of Los Angeles, putting almost the entire southern portion of the state under flash flood advisories and watches.
