Washington lawmakers discuss police pursuit, parents' rights initiatives

Two conservative-backed initiatives restoring police pursuits and ‘rights’ for parents of public school students were considered by Washington lawmakers on Wednesday, in back-to-back hearings that occasionally became heated.
