Seattle City Council considers jail bed proposal

Last week, FOX 13 reported about Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell's pilot program to send misdemeanor offenders to a jail in Des Moines. On Tuesday, the city council will consider moving forward with the proposal in a special meeting.
