Singing at Seattle City Council: 'Addicts clogging sidewalks, dealers in the street!'

At a Seattle City Council Public Safety Committee meeting on Tuesday, someone at public comment said he would ?lean into the absurd.? He began singing, ?I got addicts clogging sidewalks, dealers in the street, grandma?s running scared saying ?oh please don?t assault me.?
