Upthegrove talks Washington Commissioner of Public Lands race

The Associated Press has not yet called the race for Washington Commissioner of Public Lands, but initial results show Democrat Dave Upthegrove ahead of Republican Jaime Herrera Beutler. Upthegrove joins Good Day Seattle the day after Election Day.
