Syrians erupt in celebration as leader flees to Moscow

Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad has been ousted after a half century of rule between himself and his father. The rebel forces took Demascus, the capital city, after 13 years of civil war. United States President Joe Biden issued a statement on the developments out of the Middle East to say the country will work with its international partners to ensure peace in the region.
