Kent families clean up flooding caused by hit-and-run driver

Puget Sound Fire crews were at a Kent apartment complex Friday night after someone hit a fire hydrant, causing flooding in the area and damaging six apartments. Video from the scene shows water gushing through the parking lot of Appian Way Apartments in Kent.
