Suspect arrested in deadly Haller Lake, WA hit-and-run

A 35-year-old suspect is in custody following a hit-and-run homicide in North Seattle. The victim, found unresponsive near 137th Street and Aurora Avenue, was transported to Harborview but did not survive.
