For the Girls: A one-of-a-kind, free program empowering Seattle women
The Bellevue Police Department is one of the only agencies in the country offering a weekly free self-defense class. Women from all backgrounds are learning how to protect themselves thanks to “Women Empowered.” The Women Empowered Self-Defense Workshop is for women and girls ages 11 and up and has participants from across Puget Sound. Preregistration is required. Email chanaumi@bellevuewa.gov to reserve your spot.
