Former Governor Jay Inslee released two long-time convicted felons from prison after commuting their sentences. Now, they are both in federal detention along with a third felon after acting U.S Attorney Teal Luthy Miller announced they were indicted for drug trafficking, and gun crimes following a 16-month investigation. Plus, the Spotlight focuses on a strange murder mystery in Pierce County. Human remains found 28 years ago have finally now been identified as Laurie Krage. Detectives want to know why she was never reported missing and who killed her. The answer to how she died could come from a tip on how she lived.
