Homicide investigation underway after 5-year-old dies in Federal Way, WA

According to the documents, first responders were called to an apartment complex Thursday night and found a 29-year-old man performing CPR on his child. Medics took over and transported the child to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, where she died.
