Fatal Sedro-Woolley shooting occurred during 'teen's birthday party' according to witnesses

A birthday party for a teen ended in a fatal shooting at a community center and park in Sedro Woolley. Police say it was just after 11:15 pm when shots rang out, leaving one dead and five people injured.
