Where are all the wasps in Washington?

Normally in the summer, wasps can be found buzzing all over the Inland Northwest. But this summer, the numbers are down. You might be thankful for the fewer bee stings, but Washington State University entomology professor Richard Zack warns this could lead to a bigger impact.
