Charlie Kirk murder suspect Tyler Robinson appears in Utah court, could face death penalty
Tyler James Robinson, 22, is accused in the fatal shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk during a public event in Utah. Prosecutors formally charged Robinson with aggravated murder, among other charges. A judge will eventually determine whether Robinson could face the death penalty.
