Charlie Kirk assassination suspect appears in court virtually

An attorney for the 22-year-old man charged with killing Charlie Kirk requested a delay in court proceedings Monday, telling a judge the defense needs more time to review the large amount of evidence collected before deciding on a preliminary hearing.
