Seattle homicide suspect mistakenly released from California custody

Authorities are urgently searching for Isaiah Jamal Andrews, 20, of Kent, after he was mistakenly released from custody in Contra Costa County, California. Andrews was being held on state charges, a juvenile warrant, and a homicide warrant related to an Oct. 15 fatal shooting in Seattle’s Northgate area.
