Man sentenced to 11 years for shooting Grandmother at Covington ATM
Judge Sandra Widlan sentenced Kolby Delamar to 11 years in prison followed by 3 years of supervision by the Department of Corrections. He pleaded guilty to Assault 1st Degree and Attempted Robbery 1st Degree. The sentence was lower than the 12.25 years that prosecutors asked for but is in the middle range of the sentencing guidelines as established by the state legislature.
