Teen pleads not guilty in fatal Ballard hit-and-run

19-year-old David Arellano-Tapia pleaded not guilty to a fatal hit-and-run crash in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, accused of hitting Richard "Ole" Ward with his truck and speeding away.
