Planes, ferries and freeways: Your guide to Thanksgiving travel
With Thanksgiving travel underway, Sea-Tac Airport expects more than 900,000 passengers through Dec. 1, while Washington State Ferries is adding extra sailings for an estimated 300,000 riders. State officials urge travelers to plan ahead, arrive early, and expect heavy traffic on I-90 and at border crossings throughout the holiday weekend.
