Bellingham man accused of killing National Guard member in D.C. shooting

Federal prosecutors say 29-year-old Rahmanullah Lakanwal, a Bellingham resident and Afghan national, will face the death penalty after allegedly ambushing two National Guard members in Washington, D.C., killing one.
