"Green River Killer" Gary Ridgway receiving end-of-life care

Gary Ridgway, better known as the "Green River Killer" that terrorized the Pacific Northwest in the 80s and 90s, murdering dozens of women and girls, is receiving end-of-life care in a Washington state prison.
