US immigration applications paused from 19 countries

The Afghan national - who was living in Bellingham, Washington - accused of shooting two National Guard members near the White House has pleaded not guilty. The Trump administration says it is pausing immigration applications from 19 non-European countries over concerns about national security and public safety.
