Seattle mayor wants to lower speed limit across city to 25 mph

Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan wants to lower the speed limit on streets to 25 miles per hour citywide. In her announcement, Tuesday, she says it's to improve pedestrian and cyclist safety.
