The remains of missing 3-year-old Kamille 'Cupcake' McKinney have been identified

The remains found in a Birmingham, Alabama, landfill have been identified as those of missing 3-year-old Kamille "Cupcake" McKinney, Jefferson County Chief Deputy Coroner Bill Yates said.
