Safeway added to Seattle's Fresh Bucks program

Using money from its controversial soda tax, Seattle is now taking its "fresh bucks" food program to local Safeway stores. The programgives low-income residents a financial incentive to opt for fresh fruits and vegetables, instead of less-healthy choices.
