Mariners' GM Jerry Dipoto promoted, Manager Scott Servais signs multi-year extension

The Seattle Mariners promoted General Manager Jerry Dipoto to President of Baseball Operations. Manager Scott Servais also agreed to a multi-year extension with the team.
